What happens when a group of 14 guests arrive in Lisbon expecting a traditional incentive trip and discovered a city full of surprises instead?
From the very first moment, the experience set a different tone. Elegant limousine transfers welcomed the group, offering a stylish introduction to Portugal’s vibrant capital and creating anticipation for what was to come.
The journey continued with a unique Spinach (electrical car) experience, blending fun, innovation, and local discovery in a way that immediately immersed participants into the destination. But Lisbon had even more memorable moments waiting.
One of the program’s highlights was a boat excursion along the stunning coastline, where guests were treated to the unforgettable sight of dolphins in their natural habitat. Against the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, the encounter created the kind of shared memories that incentive programs are all about.
The timing of the event added an extra layer of authenticity. Taking place during the celebrations of Portugal’s iconic 25th of April, the group experienced the energy and emotion of the festivities, while descending the famous Avenida da Liberdade, surrounded by locals celebrating freedom. It was a rare opportunity to witness Lisbon at one of its most meaningful celebrations.
And, of course, no Lisbon experience would be complete without exceptional gastronomy and nightlife. Throughout the program, guests enjoyed a carefully designed culinary journey, from contemporary seafood at Fysh Restaurant and traditional Portuguese flavors at the historic Cervejaria Trindade, to waterfront dining experiences at Doca de Santo and Portofino. As the sun set, Lisbon revealed another side of its personality, with lively evenings at Kais, Urban Beach and Lust in Rio, showcasing the city's vibrant social scene.
This incentive program perfectly combined exclusive experiences, authentic local culture, memorable gastronomy and moments of genuine connection, proving once again that Lisbon continues to surprise, inspire and reward those who explore it beyond the ordinary.
