Costa del Sol, Fully Earned
Four days that made Andalusia unforgettable
Four days. Málaga, Marbella, Caminito del Rey, and the Andalusian countryside in between. For 65 healthcare professionals, the Costa del Sol delivered a program that moved with purpose from the very first morning.
The group arrived into Málaga and settled into Eurostars Málaga, with the first evening kept deliberately relaxed, letting the city's Mediterranean atmosphere set the tone.
The next day brought Málaga to life properly: a guided bike tour through the historic centre, a gastronomic stop for local tapas in a traditional coastal setting, and an afternoon exploring Marbella's charming old town. The day closed at La Fábrica, a street food-inspired concept that kept the evening social and informal.
Day three shifted the energy entirely. Caminito del Rey, one of Europe's most spectacular walking routes, gave the group a shared experience that no restaurant or meeting room could replicate. Lunch followed at La Garganta, set within a striking natural environment, before an afternoon of leisure back in Málaga and a refined dinner at Batik, near the Alcazaba, offering Mediterranean cuisine in an elegant contemporary setting.
The final morning allowed for free time in the city before a shared transfer to Bodega Quitapenas, where a tasting of local Andalusian wines brought the program to a fitting close before the group's return flight.
A high-performing group, a demanding industry, and four days on the Costa del Sol that delivered on every front.
