Carefully curated for those who value authenticity, sensory discovery and meaningful shared moments, this is the Mediterranean as it was meant to be experienced.
Day 1 – From Barcelona to the Coast of Tarragona
The journey begins in Barcelona, where guests are privately transferred to Tarragona, gateway to the Mediterranean and capital of Costa Daurada. A relaxed welcome lunch awaits at H10 Imperial Tarraco 4*S, perfectly positioned overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the Roman amphitheatre, setting the tone for a stay defined by coastal elegance.
The afternoon unveils Tarragona's soul: an exclusive guided visit through the old quarter, one of Spain's most ancient Roman cities, followed by a walk through Serrallo, the historic fishermen's district where maritime traditions remain proudly alive. A visit to Museu del Port de Tarragona brings the past and present of the maritime world vividly together through immersive contemporary experiences.
Day 2 – Ametlla de Mar: The House of the Tuna
Just 30 minutes from Tarragona lies Ametlla de Mar, one of Costa Daurada's most picturesque towns and home to an encounter unlike any other. Guests embark on the renowned Tuna Tour sailing by catamaran across crystal-clear waters to snorkel alongside wild bluefin tuna in their natural habitat. A tasting cocktail follows before a traditional paella lunch at Lo Nautic restaurant, celebrating the freshest flavours of the sea.
The evening rises to the occasion at Infinitum Beach Club, one of Costa Daurada's most prestigious venues, where Mediterranean sophistication meets seaside exclusivity for an elegant dinner.
Day 3 – Completing the Full Circle in Barcelona
The journey continues to Barcelona, where the story comes full circle. At TunaTeca Balfegó, guests witness one of the world's most exclusive culinary showcases, the Kaitai experience, an ancient Japanese ceremonial art involving the precise cutting of a 100kg Balfegó bluefin tuna. A refined tasting menu follows, offering a sensory journey through the textures and flavours of this iconic species, deepening the connection to the sea-to-table philosophy encountered the day before.
Check-in follows at the iconic W Barcelona 5*, an architectural landmark rising from the sea. That evening, a majestic gala dinner takes place inside Museu Marítim de Barcelona, a Gothic monument with over 700 years of history, bringing the closing night to a truly memorable crescendo.
Day 4 – Closing by the Sea
Guests embrace the rhythm of the sea one final time with a morning paddle surf along the Barcelona coast. A farewell lunch at Arenal restaurant by the beach offers the perfect closing note before private transfer to the airport.
