Bringing together 140 participants from Denmark to an annual meeting and awards program in Porto. Designed to balance productivity, team connection, and unforgettable moments, all wrapped in the city’s timeless atmosphere.
 
A 4-day program, where guests had focused meeting sessions at Hilton Gaia hotel with experiences that showcased Porto in a more authentic and engaging way.

The program invited participants to discover the city through a guided walking tour across Porto’s historic streets, then a regatta experience took place that brought fun and competitive energy to the group, along with creating genuine moments of connection outside the meeting room.

One of the standout evenings took place at Caves Ferreira, where guests enjoyed a wine tasting experience followed by dinner surrounded by the heritage and character of one of Porto’s most iconic wine cellars. The setting offered the perfect mix of tradition, local culture, and relaxed elegance.

To close the program, participants gathered for a memorable dinner at the stunning Palácio da Bolsa, taking place at the beautiful Páteo das Nações room. A venue filled with history, grandeur, and distinct atmosphere, providing the ideal backdrop for an evening celebrating achievements, connections, and shared experiences.
