Guests arrived to private transfers and a six-course tasting menu at Casa Robles, an authentic introduction to Andalusian cuisine that immediately set the tone for what was to come. Waiting in their rooms at the iconic Hotel Alfonso XIII: personalized welcome gifts, hand-painted silk scarves made in Seville, and embroidered robes that made it clear this was no ordinary program.

The following morning opened at the hotel's Bar Americano, exclusively privatized for the group and transformed into a vibrant welcome space with cava, live ham carving, and a local guide. Seville then revealed itself in the most traditional way, with horse-drawn carriages through its historic streets. The evening brought the group to María Trifulca, one of the city's most iconic riverside restaurants, before the night extended naturally into a private after party by the Guadalquivir River.

The next day reimagined what a corporate meeting could feel like. One of the hotel's most impressive salons was transformed with elegant floral design, sofas, chill-out areas, a premium brunch, and a live violinist, with bespoke branding, medieval-inspired flags, and custom signage completing the atmosphere. The afternoon brought exclusive access to the Seville Flamenco Museum, including a private masterclass and live performance. That evening, private sedans transferred guests to the stunning Lebrija Palace, where a candlelit dinner with saxophone music and live actors created a truly cinematic experience.

The journey concluded with a scenic transfer to Málaga, with a stop in Antequera at a hidden family-run mountain winery nestled in the mountains, where award-winning wines and a traditional homemade lunch provided a fitting farewell to Andalusia.
