When Málaga Stole the Show

A grand incentive across Andalusia's finest stages

Some incentive programs celebrate success. This one embodied it. From the first sunset drink to the last farewell, every detail was crafted to make 250 guests from across Latin America feel the full weight of what they had achieved.

The program opened on the rooftop of their Málaga hotel overlooking the Mediterranean, where a giant logo installation and traditional Andalusian taverns set the tone before the group moved to Fuengirola's Bullring for a spectacular Andalusian Fair themed evening. Casetas, lanterns, flamenco performances, and a giant fan photocall transformed the venue into a true celebration of local culture. Back at the hotel, handcrafted welcome gifts awaited in every room: authentic Andalusian beach baskets, hand-painted fans, personalized agendas, and custom travel pillows, all produced by local artisans.

The following day took the group to Ronda, one of Andalucía's most breathtaking white villages, before an exclusively reserved private fighting bull reserve delivered one of the program’s most immersive experiences: flamenco music, equestrian performances, a bullfighting masterclass, countryside lunch, and a capea. That evening, another surprise awaited back at the hotel: traditional Andalusian sweets by Inés Rosales and a Feria kit by Cartojal.

The corporate meeting became a moment in its own right. Picasso himself seemed to come alive through mapping projections and giant artistic screens, before a unique awards ceremony featuring handmade trophies created by a local artist closed the formal program. A private seaside dinner, live music, and a festive Mediterranean celebration followed.

The grand finale arrived on the fourth evening, when 60 classic cars transferred guests to the Málaga Automobile and Fashion Museum for the Red Gala: over 8,000 flowers, actors, immersive performances, a dramatic red carpet, and a 13-piece live band, closed by a DJ late into the night.

Could your next program leave this kind of mark? Southern Spain is ready when you are.
